Job summary

Omega Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general and preventive maintenance across residential properties. You will ensure interiors, exteriors, and site areas are kept in a clean, repaired state while supporting landscape and irrigation duties.

A strong focus on reliability, teamwork, and resident relations is essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with at least one year of related maintenance experience or formal trade training.

The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire portfolio. Responsible for maintaining in cleaned and repaired condition the property interiors, exteriors, and site using materials and equipment and following manufacturer's directions for same.
