Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on plumbing and HVAC experience.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance with focus on plumbing and HVAC.
• Repair toilets, sinks, water heaters, and related fixtures.
• Assist with electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs as needed.
• Complete unit turnovers and system checks.
• Respond to daily requests and after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain repair logs and ensure safety compliance.
