Job summary

5812-Investment-Group-LL in Columbus is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join the 5812 Maintenance Team. You will perform preventative maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, and help produce move-in ready apartments.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, maintenance experience or trade schooling, HVAC certification or willingness to obtain one, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Maintenance Experience or trade school education.
• HVAC certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Driver’s License and valid car insurance.
• Personal, reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with apps and software.
• Possess basic hand tools or can acquire them.
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Create excellence in customer service through ticket resolution.
• Execute duties in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Produce move-in ready apartments through renovations and repairs.
• General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.
• Assist in snow removal as necessary.
• Work on a rotating on call schedule.
• Perform other duties as required.
