Job summary

MG Properties seeks a Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site position at a residential community in Tempe, AZ. You will diagnose and repair basic building systems, complete work orders, and perform preventive maintenance to keep units and common areas safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus.
• Experience in residential or commercial property maintenance or facilities management.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues.
• Complete work orders and perform preventive maintenance.
• Inspect properties to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.
• Conduct unit turns and exterior property upkeep as part of the on-site team.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
