Responsibilities include handling routine work orders and emergencies, basic plumbing, painting, appliance installation, minor repairs, and basic grounds upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance/construction related field.
• Must be available for ‘On Call’.
• Able to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work with hand and electrical tools.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending and performing demanding tasks.
• Commitment to safety and top-quality work is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine work orders and emergency maintenance requests.
• Perform minor repair work (locks, painting, carpet/plank flooring).
• Carry out basic plumbing tasks (leaky faucets).
• Install appliances and perform basic grounds keeping.
• Clean vacant units and general facilities.
