Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a versatile maintenance professional to sustain a residential townhome community. You will perform maintenance and repair tasks across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and prepare units for new residents.

Documentation of all completed work is done via a mobile app and you will participate in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours emergencies. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and from job locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a residential townhome community by performing maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Prepare units/apartments for new residents by completing required maintenance and readiness work.
• Document all completed work using a mobile app and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• On-call responsibilities: participate in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
