Job summary

Twin City Properties in Bryan/College Station is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to handle work orders from start to finish with minimal supervision. You will join a small, collaborative team and participate in rotating after-hours on-call shifts with paid callouts.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential settings, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs, and ability to lift 50 lbs and work on

Qualifications

Hands-on maintenance experience in residential settings, 2+ years.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
Comfort with common hand and power tools.
Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on uneven ground.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Complete service requests and work orders promptly and with attention to detail.
Handle plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
Troubleshoot problems and fix them before they become bigger repairs.
Communicate clearly with residents, tenants, and the office.
Keep tools, equipment, and vehicles in good condition and your work area clean and safe.
