Job summary

Keystone is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to upkeep our residential community in Miami, FL. You will handle resident work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance to ensure high-quality living spaces.

The role requires hands-on repair capabilities across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, plus strong communication with residents and the team. Candidate should have a high school diploma, 2 years of relevant maintenance experience, EPA 608 certification (Universal

Qualifications

Requires hands-on maintenance experience in residential property management or real estate.
EPA Section 608 certification (Universal preferred).
HVAC Certified and solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

Respond to and complete resident work orders promptly, professionally, and courteously.
Track and close out work orders.
Communicate repair status and timelines to residents and the office team.
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including painting, drywall repair, flooring, fixtures, and appliance checks.
Complete make-ready punch lists on schedule and perform final move-in inspections.
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, appliances, electrical, doors, windows, and flooring.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems.
Keep common areas, amenities, and grounds clean, safe, and attractive.
Respond to after-hours emergencies such as floods, no heat, or lockouts.
