Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a full-charge residential maintenance technician is required.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations is preferred.
• EPA and HVAC certifications preferred.
• Must be able to work a flex schedule and be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities
