Qualifications

• 1-3 years of direct experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a related field.
• Must have reliable transportation and be available for on-call emergencies.
• Ability to communicate professionally with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders within 24 hours.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues involving electrical, plumbing, A/C, and HVAC.
• Coordinate with leasing staff to ensure repairs are completed on schedule.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and maintain preventative maintenance records.
