Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
• Handle lockouts, keys, and minor carpentry tasks as needed.
• Maintain and inventory tools and parts; ensure safety and compliance requirements.
