Responsibilities include responding to work requests, maintaining curb appeal, and performing repairs with on-call emergency support. The position emphasizes safety and teamwork within a vibrant community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience; residential maintenance preferred.
• EPA universal license for HVAC preferred.
• CPO license preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Strong customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day community maintenance needs.
• Maintain grounds, amenities and common areas to high quality standards, creating a welcoming environment for residents.
• Identify and resolve safety or upkeep issues to protect the property and residents.
• Perform make-readies, repairs, and final checks so new residents move into a flawless home on day one.
• Provide reliable emergency support on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Follow safety procedures to protect staff, residents, and the community.
