LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Arbors of Las Colinas property in Irving, TX. Candidates should perform HVAC repairs, plumbing tasks, carpentry, painting, and general electrical work to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in a commercial or multi-unit residential setting, a High School Diploma/GED, and preferred HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing certifications. Weekend work may be required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
• High School Diploma or GED required; 3–4 years can offset educational requirements
• Preferred certifications: HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs, cleaning, and replacements
• Carry out plumbing repairs including installations and replacements
• Handle carpentry tasks: doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc.
