Job summary

LyvWell Apartments in Pearland, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical tasks in a multi-unit property. You will troubleshoot problems, perform repairs, and ensure residents receive prompt, courteous service.

Requirements include 1–2 years in commercial or multi-unit housing, a HS diploma/GED, and preferred HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing certifications. A valid driver’s license may be needed; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma or GED; 3–4 years of experience can offset education.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on property needs.
• Clear communication in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• HVAC repairs, cleaning, and replacement as needed.
• Plumbing repairs and installations (sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.).
• Carpentry repairs and installations (doors, shelves, countertops, locks).
• Painting and drywall/plaster repairs; related touch-ups.
• Electrical work including lighting, wiring, switches, and outlets.
• Maintain machinery (belts, pumps, fans, chillers).
• Other duties as assigned; provide exceptional customer service.
