Job summary

Timberland Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 120-unit property in Madison, AL. You will own general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance to provide residents with an outstanding living experience.

Responsibilities include completing requests promptly, maintaining curb appeal, identifying safety issues, performing make-readies, and handling on-call emergencies with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience, residential maintenance preferred.
• EPA universal license for HVAC preferred.
• CPO license preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day maintenance needs.
• Maintain curb appeal of grounds, amenities and common areas.
• Identify safety or upkeep issues and protect residents.
• Execute make-readies, repairs and final checks for move-ins.
• Provide emergency support on a rotating on-call schedule with compensation.
• Follow safety procedures to protect team and residents.
