Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a motivated Service Technician for our Springs at Five & Main community in Commerce Township, MI. You will handle a wide range of maintenance duties to keep the property running smoothly and residents satisfied, reporting to the Service Supervisor.

The position includes full-time work with an hourly pay of $19.00–$23.00, plus incentives. Emphasizes exceptional resident experience, hands-on tasks, and use of smart technology to manage work orders and daily

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or related trade is required.
• Willing to work overtime, on-call shifts, and non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs (up to 250 lbs with assistance) and using technology to complete work orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property's appearance and safety through grounds upkeep, painting, trash removal, and related tasks.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and other maintenance needs.
• Use software and mobile apps daily to manage, track, and complete work orders and keep operations efficient.
