Job summary

Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior Living seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to uphold residential apartments and campus facilities. Compensation starts at $20 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, performing routine and emergency repairs, and maintaining HVAC systems. Opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits are offered on-site in West Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential or similar setting.
• Working knowledge of residential building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, flooring and appliances.
• Working knowledge of HVAC.
• Able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds and communicate with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt responses to residents' maintenance work orders.
• Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas, including electrical, plumbing and lighting repairs.
• Maintain HVAC equipment with preventive maintenance and respond to emergencies.
• Contribute to General Services' team visibility and problem solving to enhance resident living experience.
