Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, flooring, and appliances
• HVAC knowledge
• Strong communication with residents and staff
• EPA refrigerant handling certification
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and move items with assistance
• Stamina for long periods and ladder work
• Valid driver''s license if operating community vehicles
• State regulations may apply

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs in apartments and common areas (electrical, plumbing, doors, lighting)
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance on designated equipment
• Respond to emergency calls for system failures
• Maintain supplies for the neighborhood to ensure timely tasks
