2B Residential, a market leader in Class A multifamily management, seeks a Maintenance Technician at The Flats & Terraces at Wildhorse Village in Chesterfield, MO. The role focuses on responding to maintenance requests, keeping common areas and units in top condition, and delivering exceptional service to residents.

The candidate should have knowledge of plumbing, electrical and small appliance repair, with HVAC experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum one year of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure standards.
• Install control and distribution apparatus using hand and power tools.
• Observe equipment to detect hazards and needed adjustments.
• Repair or assist in repair of faulty equipment.
• Conduct scheduled inspections of buildings and equipment rooms; monitor readings.
• Assist in HVAC equipment operations.
• Maintain a safe and accessible building for residents.
• Notify management concerning major repairs.
