Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-trade residential maintenance a plus.
• Ability to read work orders and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across apartment units.
• Respond to emergency repairs and complete unit turnovers.
• Coordinate with team to complete projects on schedule.
