Western National Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Raintree Apartment Homes in Brea, CA. You will be the first face prospective residents see, delivering polished, energetic service and closing leases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a sales or marketing role.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish highly desired.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Yardi Voyager experience a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents and conduct tours.
• Close leases and secure tenancy agreements.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
