Job summary

Brookfield Properties Multifamily LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site role in the SC residential portfolio. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and machinery maintenance while working in a collaborative team.

Multilingual skills are a plus, with focus on safety and high customer service standards. Requirements include 1–2 years in commercial or multi-unit property, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to obtain relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• This position requires a High School Diploma/GED.
• 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements for this position.
• Preferred certifications in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.
• This position may require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs, cleaning, and replacements.
• Handle plumbing repairs and installations.
• Carpentry tasks including doors, shelves, counters, locks.
• Paint drywall and surfaces as needed.
• Electrical work: lighting, wiring, switches, power circuits.
• Maintain machinery: chillers, belts, pumps, fans.
• Other duties as assigned.
