Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential maintenance in plumbing (leaks, clogs), electrical (switches, outlets, fixtures), and carpentry (drywall, cabinets, locks).
• Prepare vacated apartments for new residents with quality repairs and painting.
• Use mobile app to receive tasks, track time, and document completed work.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
