Job summary

Arbors Management Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 for our 47-unit Brentwood community. This role handles routine repairs, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and emergency service requests on a full-time, on-site basis.

You will log work orders via mobile software, prepare vacant units for move-in, and support common areas and grounds. A valid driver's license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential maintenance experience.
• Great communication skills.
• Requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and laptops to complete daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, and HVAC repairs.
• Process and log work orders using mobile software.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and maintain common areas/grounds.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating on-call schedule.
