About the position...

The Residential Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in the overall maintenance of the residential properties. We are looking for a technician at our Brooks Edge property located in Camp Hill.

• Completing work orders and maintenance projects such as light electrical repairs, light plumbing work, painting, light carpentry, replacement of glass, tile, carpet, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, etc.
• Responsible for stock control and utilization of maintenance materials.
• Preparing apartments prior to resident occupancy.
• Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, well-maintained community.
• Must be able to work assigned on call.

What we are looking for from you...

• Minimum of 2 years Residential Maintenance and/or Construction experience required
• HS Diploma or GED
• Must possess all tools to perform service duties
• Basic computer proficiency
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong team player
• Ability to think logically in following instructions and carrying out procedures
