About The Position

The Residential Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in the overall maintenance of the residential properties at our Brooks Edge community in Camp Hill. Responsibilities include:

• Completing work orders and maintenance projects such as light electrical repairs, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and replacement of fixtures and appliances.
• Managing stock control and utilization of maintenance materials.
• Preparing apartments prior to resident occupancy.
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained community for residents.
• Working on assigned on-call duties.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of residential maintenance and/or construction experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Owns all necessary tools to perform duties.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong team player with logical thinking skills and ability to follow instructions.
