Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure physical aspects of properties meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and function. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining documentation and inventory control.

The role involves hands-on maintenance, make-ready tasks, and occasional after-hours calls. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required to perform duties on site.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code.
• Prepare vacants for leasing, perform pre-move inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory, return unused items, and notify supervisor when re-ordering.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Support grounds, cleanliness, painting, and general upkeep as needed.
