Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in maintenance
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems; read manuals
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; prolonged standing
• Basic leadership and teamwork
• Problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with RealPage Maintenance Facilities
• Basic English communication

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior building appearance and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors; clean restrooms and kitchens
• Complete unit turnovers within 3 days of move-out
• Paint and perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Assist in apartment and systems inspections
• Respond to work orders and enter details into OneSite
• Address maintenance emergencies, including after-hours
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor landscaping contractor
• Ensure safety compliance and proper storage of supplies
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and secure property keys
