Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician for the Central Park community in Columbus, OH. You’ll troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues, perform apartment turns, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering outstanding resident service.

We value hands-on, reliable professionals with at least 2 years of maintenance experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive pay and strong benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification required; HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the community.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry-related maintenance issues
• Complete maintenance service requests efficiently while providing exceptional customer service
• Perform apartment turns and help prepare homes for new residents
• Maintain the appearance and safety of the community in accordance with company standards
• Communicate professionally with residents and onsite team members regarding repairs and work order updates
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule supporting Fox Run
