Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring Maintenance Technicians for our 315-unit community. You’ll troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, while keeping interiors and exteriors in top condition and responding to service tickets.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, can commute within 30 minutes, and may have HVAC/EPA/CFC certification. One year of related experience or an education/experience mix is welcome. Base pay is $17–$21 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license required or essential for the role.
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas per company standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate clearly with residents and office staff about repairs.
