Fogelman Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance service requests and repairs for our apartment communities. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and deliver excellent customer service to residents.

The role involves completing service requests, make-ready units, inventory management, and participating in on-call rotations while adhering to safety policies and Fair Housing guidelines.

Formación

• Three years of experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• HVAC experience with certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
• Proficient in use of computers and online applications.
• Working knowledge of property systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred.
• A valid driver\'s license and automobile insurance may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Complete service requests as assigned.
• Complete make-ready units.
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment.
• Provide personal tools.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment.
• Assist in preventive maintenance projects.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Service Director.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency calls.
• Maintain positive communications with residents, vendors, and co-workers.
• Follow safety policies at all times.
• Weekend work may be required.
• Adhere to all company policies including safety and Fair Housing.
