Hire Energy Staffing in Arkansas is seeking dependable Maintenance Technicians to handle general repairs, preventative maintenance, and apartment make-readies at a residential community. Candidates should have hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, and general property maintenance.

This role requires the ability to work independently, manage work orders, and occasionally overtime or weekend hours.

Qualifications

Experience in apartment or residential property maintenance.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests.
Willingness to overtime or weekend work.
HVAC certification required for HVAC role.
Experience installing and repairing residential HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

Perform general apartment repairs, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and minor carpentry.
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-ready).
Complete maintenance work orders promptly.
Conduct routine preventative maintenance and property inspections.
Maintain clean and safe buildings, grounds, and common areas.
Troubleshoot maintenance issues and report major repair needs.
Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies.
Follow safety procedures and maintain professional relationships with residents and coworkers.
Assist with additional maintenance duties as needed.
