Job summary

Tripoint Residential is seeking a dependable Lead Maintenance Technician to support three apartment communities in Delaware County, PA. You will complete work orders, perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs, and prepare units for turnover.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Ability to manage work orders and prioritize tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation.
• HVAC certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (turns/make-readies)
• Assist with inspections and follow-up repairs
• Respond to emergency on-call situations (rotating schedule)
• Maintain tools, supplies, and company equipment
• Help with snow removal and seasonal tasks
• Provide great customer service to residents
