Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of experience in property maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in residential property maintenance or related skilled trade required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation necessary.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident maintenance requests regarding plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including deep cleaning and repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and grounds.
• Maintain cleanliness of property exterior and common areas.
• Keep accurate records of work orders and manage tool inventory.
• Provide courteous customer service while working in residents' homes.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.
