Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in residential property maintenance.
• Must be EPA certified to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents through repairs and cleaning.
• Conduct routine inspections to prevent major problems.
• Keep the common areas and property exterior clean and safe.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and inventory.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
