Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry tasks.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in units, mechanical rooms, storage, and common spaces.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to support long-term functionality and reduce costly repairs.
• Participate in daily property walks, inspections, and manage work orders while upholding brand standards.
• Prepare apartments for new residents ensuring cleanliness and full operability before move-in.
• Support the property team in maintaining five-star presentation across community spaces.
