You will lead the maintenance team, implement preventative maintenance programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect long-term property value.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to drive results through others.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in residential property management.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• CFC Type II or Universal certification required.
• Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff; manage on-call coverage.
• Oversee service requests, repairs, and unit turns for quality and timeliness.
• Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs.
• Conduct inspections for curb appeal, safety, and workmanship.
• Maintain logs, manuals, and reporting calendars.
