This hands-on role leads the maintenance team, implements preventative maintenance, and ensures regulatory compliance to protect the property's long-term value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years of maintenance experience in residential property management.
• One to three years of supervisory experience.
• CFC Type II or Universal certification.
• Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff; recruit, train, schedule.
• Ensure 24/7 emergency coverage in coordination with the Property Manager.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and unit turns.
• Maintain logs, manuals, and reporting calendars; manage inventory and tools.
