Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work ensuring community buildings meet safety and quality standards. You will handle work orders, make-ready inspections, and maintain grounds and facilities.

The role requires EPA HVAC Type I/II certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read, write, and use basic computer tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or building maintenance.
• Own hand tools and ability to use them safely.
• Good customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep by diagnosing defects and repairing.
• Oversee and complete the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies; work with Community Manager on budget.
