Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure building interiors, exteriors, grounds, and amenities meet quality and safety standards. You will handle work orders, diagnose issues, and contribute to make-ready processes for leasing and move-ins.

The role involves inspecting work for quality, maintaining tools and inventory, and supporting budgeting for repairs and capital projects while prioritizing safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
  • Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
  • Own hand tools and knowledge of safe use of hand/power tools and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair defects, perform preventive maintenance according to policies and safety standards.
  • Manage make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
  • Maintain grounds, exteriors, and common areas to Greystar standards; ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Inspect work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Assist in budgeting for repairs and capital projects; help control costs.
