Hilltop Residential is seeking an Assistant Service Manager – Aveline at Centreport to lead maintenance for our community in Irving, TX. The role focuses on repairing and maintaining plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and painting, with on-the-job training provided as needed.

We value a creative problem solver who manages time well and learns quickly. The position requires 1+ years of hands-on maintenance, a flexible weekend schedule, and an EPA/HVAC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license or access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and painting across the community.
• Be a creative problem solver with attention to detail.
• Respond to service requests and prioritize tasks to maintain resident satisfaction.
• Know the make-ready schedule and initiate turnover with painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce costly repairs.
• Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal.
