Job summary

CloudTen Residential seeks a Maintenance Technician in Kent, WA to perform repairs, upkeep, and preventive maintenance across a multifamily community. You will help ensure safety, curb appeal, and timely unit turnover while supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires 1–2 years of hands-on maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for after-hours and weekend work. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• A valid driver's license in good standing for on-call purposes.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including appliance repair, basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance, and custodial work.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and keep grounds clean.
• Assist with daily upkeep of common areas such as pools, laundry rooms, and restrooms.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3–5 days of vacancy.
• Respond promptly to tenant service requests and inform management of delays.
