Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces; prepare and finish surfaces
• Prepare houses for rental; clean ceilings, walls, fixtures, and floors
• Perform minor maintenance on appliances, electrical and plumbing
• Shut off water in crawl space when needed; request supplies for work orders
• Travel to outer schools when needed; occasional yard care
