HHHunt, Inc. is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Manager for Abberly Skye apartments in Decatur, GA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences, leading the service team, and maintaining the property to high standards.

You will diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, appliances, and more while managing vendors, the maintenance budget, and inventories. EPA and CPO certifications are required, with a proven track record in multifamily maintenance management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an Apartment Maintenance Manager role for multifamily community.
• EPA Certification required.
• CPO Certification required.
• Impeccable record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Physical agility and mobility.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
• Must have and maintain a reliable set of tools that enables independent completion of routine and advanced service requests with minimal supervision.
