Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs, cleaning, and replacements.
• Handle plumbing repairs and installations (sinks, toilets, faucets).
• Carpentry duties: repair/install doors, shelves, countertops, locks.
• Paint drywall/plaster repairs and painting.
• Electrical work: lighting, wiring, switches, outlets.
