Carolina Heating is hiring a Residential HVAC Install Assistant to support residential and light commercial installation projects in the Greenville, SC area. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, eager to learn the trade, and takes pride in quality work

Qualifications

• Interest in learning the HVAC trade; prior experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops and outdoors.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, dependability and team‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installation.
• Support lead installers with equipment setup, material handling and prep.
• Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ducts and related components.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized job site.
• Load and unload tools, equipment and materials.
• Follow safety procedures and company installation standards.
• Represent Carolina Heating with professionalism.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installation
• Support lead installers with equipment setup, material handling, and jobsite prep
• Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Follow safety procedures and company installation standards
• Represent Carolina Heating with professionalism and a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in learning the HVAC trade (prior experience a plus, not required)
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
