We are seeking a dedicated Lead Facilities Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating all maintenance repairs and leading a team of two. Your efforts will ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

The role is based in a high-rise apartment complex, with work hours from 7 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break. An optional hour-long lunch is available, with the workday ending at 5 pm. The environment is dynamic and requires energetic and self-starting individuals.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
