Aerotek seeks a Facilities Specialist to perform hands-on maintenance at an on-site location in Tualatin, OR. The role covers HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep with a daytime Monday–Friday schedule on a contract basis through March 2027.

This role provides hands-on facilities maintenance and general handyman support for an assigned site through the end of March 2027. You will perform weekly and monthly preventive maintenance, respond to maintenance needs, and help ensure the facility remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. The position follows a MondayFriday daytime schedule and focuses on HVAC troubleshooting, mechanical systems, plumbing, and general building upkeep.

This role is based on-site in a facility setting and follows a MondayFriday schedule, either 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. to 4:0 p.m. You will work in and around building systems such as HVAC, mechanical equipment, plumbing, and lighting, and you may use tools and equipment associated with facilities maintenance and mechanical repair. The work involves both indoor and occasional outdoor tasks, including moving furniture and equipment, performing hands‑on repairs, and conducting routine inspections. You will interact regularly with contractors and vendors and are expected to follow and enforce all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety procedures. The environment emphasizes safe work practices, adherence to maintenance schedules, and timely completion of checklists and reports.
This is a Contract position based out of Tualatin, OR.
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
