Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a maintenance technician; multifamily experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency in two or more trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• EPA Universal and CPO certifications preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use property management software.

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You’ll ensure safety standards are met while delivering exceptional service to residents and team members.
