Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and LPN diploma required.
• Active nursing license in the applicable state.
• Experience in pediatric or psychiatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides first aid to youth who become ill or injured and records vitals.
• Maintains medical charts for assigned youth in care.
• Collaborates with medical professionals to address needs.
• Develops and facilitates educational health programs for youth and staff.
• Completes daily documentation in an electronic medical record system (EMR).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
